Wooden Boxes

While we are proud of the beauty of our boxes, their true beauty comes from
the treasures that their owners put in them over the years.

Each box is individually made to reflect the beauty of the wood,
as well as the form and function desired by the client.
We do NOT use any thin veneers on our boxes.
Instead, they are all solid wood that we re-saw ourselves.

Perhaps the highest compliment we have been given
was when a client chooses to commission us for a Crematory Urn.
We have created these Crematory Urns for client's loved ones and for beloved pets.
It is impossible to put into words just how special these make us feel.
Out of respect for the privacy of our clients, we do not list which boxes
have been used as Cremation Urns.

Finish: We prefer to let the wood's natural beauty be the finish.
Each piece is sanded and buffed and then polished with diamond paste,
and then a final buffing with Carnauba wax.
The result is a finish that makes you want to reach out and touch each box.

have dedicated pages with more details about the piece.

While there is great variety in wood grains and tones,
we can replicate most of these in a variety of woods and sizes or
work with you on a design that you might want.
