Our client's husband is a great lover of boating. So, as a gift she commissioned us to build this rowboat bookcase for him. She placed this next to the clock we had previously made made for her.

The bottom is 1/4" pine beadboard that is varnished.
The sides are 1/4" cherry plywood - - natural on the inside and green paint on the outside.
The gunwales and seats are cherry with varnish finish.

The rowboat is 72" high, 30" wide, and about 8" deep.
